Terms of Use
Executive Puzzles is made by Demdio Technologies Inc ("we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of the app.
Executive Puzzles is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement governs your license to use the app.
Your license
While your subscription to Executive Puzzles is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app and its puzzles remain our intellectual property.
Your subscription
Executive Puzzles Annual Access is an auto-renewing subscription: $24.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free trial ends (or immediately, if you're not eligible for one) and again at the start of each renewal period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your subscription covers the full app on both iPhone and iPad using the same Apple Account.
You can manage or cancel anytime in the app's own Settings, in your device's Settings, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. After that, cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the unused part of the current period — you keep access until that period ends.
We may add puzzles or features in future updates, provided at no additional cost to active subscribers. If we ever offer separately purchasable add-on content, it will be clearly marked as such and will never be required to keep using what your subscription already includes.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. We don't offer refunds or prorated credit when you cancel part-way through a subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a right to a refund under applicable law, Apple handles those requests under its own policies — submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, redistribute or resell it, or use it in any unlawful way. For volume licensing across an organization, contact us rather than sharing a single subscription.
Availability
We aim to keep the app working and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on your device's operating system, such as calendar access and notifications, may change as Apple updates iOS and macOS.
